How our pricing works
We quote every job by the cubic volume your junk occupies in our truck. You’ll see the price before we load a single item, so you know exactly what you’re paying for. The only extras are mandatory recycling surcharges that the landfill bills us for specific items: Item Required recycling fee* Mattresses & box springs $20 each Air-conditioners / refrigerators $25 per unit (Freon removal) Tires $5 per tire TVs & computer monitors $15 each *Fees vary slightly by county landfill; we pass them through at cost—no markup.
Hard-to-reach items (attics, crawl spaces, five-story walk-ups)
Extra-heavy loads (concrete, tile, shingles, drywall off-cuts)
Pick-ups outside our five-county service area
Rock or dirt loads (priced separately by weight)
Dead rodents or bio-hazard cleanup
Areas with heavy construction dust (respirator/PPE required)
Jobs that require us to remove doors or disassemble structures to get items out
We’ll flag any of these during the on-site quote and adjust the price accordingly—no surprises when you get the invoice.
Asbestos or materials suspected of containing asbestos
Human or animal feces
Full-scale landscaping debris (no yard clean-ups, no logs over 10 ft)
